Understanding Failures
Sadly, this is something that has crossed the roads in my life far too many times. Situations where everyday people just like you and me lose sight of the real world they live in. This is not because they are ignorant or that they failed to listen when good advice hits them in the face, it's because the easiest way for many to understand is to place the problems in the "TO HARD BASKET".
I am going to use a word many people see as a positive way to say something when in fact this is not the truth at all.
"COMFORT" what a word. I mean, how many of use can honestly say we find this avenue far to easy to follow. I was one once until I realised after many years helping others that, "COMFORT" is a drug, its adictive and damaging while discussing in the thoughts of many as, amazing, enjoying, relaxing, cosy... OMG I could go on but, "COMFORT has two lifes and for many the second is the deadly one that aims to distroy any hope of happyness, good health and community - social - faimily and personal fitness.
"COMFORT" is a drug and yes it is adictive to so many who find laying back on the couch watching TV, netflix, UTube, or even as a player in the many games available today. Now lets add the side dishes... chips, Soft drinks, lollies, pizza, or a mix of waht you found on the supermarket shelve that day. YES... these are your comfort and over time will become your daily life pattern. You are hooked just as if on drugs. Comfort 2 has control, comfort 2 is not going to let you go, comfort 2 has made it clear it wants to rid you of any possible happy or health life.
The days pass by as the weeks turn into months, befor you know it the first year has past and you are halfway into the secound. This is where you start to look at yourself in the morning mirror noticing the changes.
Flabby waste line
A protruding belly
Lagging butt devalopment
Your chest line has lowered to the mid section
Those once rimed arms have become nothing more than saddle bags
And the worst which is just creeping up to you is:
High Blood presure
Poor sleep
Continued sweeting
Rashes
Headaches
Lose of ballance
Poor diet
Poor sight
Poor Breathing
Poor social life...... OMG the list of what never was part of your life has grown in the a bag of painfull problems and why?
Because: "COMFORT 2" is a drug.
Well my friends I am a worrier and the slayer of anything that doe's not belong in our life.
People say "I AM DAZ AND THIS IS WHAT I DO"
True in many ways and way I wnat to hold your hand and lead you back into what was your life because, its not to late.
I will sit, listen, talk and listen more and when all the tears of comfort 2 have gone I will say it as it is, do something or exspect the worst outcome. Let us break the cycle to what went wrong and guide you on a pathway to "YOU" a health and positive you.

At Rapid Results Australia Personal Training, we understand that every person has a weak point; if left alone, this soon becomes a pathway to failure. If left alone, these failures will determine how you face challenges in life and in particular, how you start and continue on your exercise journey. What comes to light when we talk to new and even current clients is that they don't even realize they are slowly having pattern changes in their training. Many think it's because they have adapted to the program they are on or that their exercise program is too easy when, the truth is, they have set options that allow them to skip training, only complete part of the pre-set exercises, don't aim to reach their targets or training goals and worse, start making excuses not to remain active in training or other social events.
Sadly, by the time they have realized the problem they have built a mindset that, its ok.
We are here to help you identify and overcome these weaknesses, whether they are related to your exercise routine or food arrangements.
Without a structured plan, succumbing to distractions, prioritizing conflicting commitments, or even giving up altogether is easier. Ultimately, insufficient goal-setting and planning hinder progress, making overcoming obstacles and achieving long-term fitness success harder. In fact, nearly thirty per cent of people fail to accomplish the fitness goals they set every year, and not even a mere 40 per cent of those who set goals for themselves completed half of what they said they were setting out to do.
One of the most prevalent reasons for fitness goal failure is ineffective workouts. These can manifest in various ways, such as not targeting the right muscle groups, failing to vary workouts to prevent plateaus, failing to learn from each exercise performed or simply not executing exercises correctly.
One of the most common reasons people quit fitness is a perceived lack of time. It's easy to feel as if you don't have enough hours in the day to fit in a workout, especially if you have a demanding job, family obligations, or other commitments. But just finding 10 minutes daily or four times a week is a start.
If you've been pushing yourself too hard and setting unrealistic fitness expectations, you may be experiencing exercise burnout. The signs are clear: feeling the urge to skip the gym or becoming irritable at the thought of another session. Recognizing these signs is crucial to avoid setbacks in your fitness journey. One of the biggest reasons people drop an exercise program is lack of interest: If what you're doing isn't fun, it's hard to keep it up. But there are many different sports and activities to try to see which one inspires you.
Quitting too soon is, by far, one of the biggest mistakes people make when beginning a new exercise program. Problematic exercise broadly refers to exercising in a way that causes the individual to lose control over the behavior and begins to have negative physical, psychological, and social consequences.

Physical fitness improves physical health and positively impacts mental well-being. Alongside mindfulness retreats, exercise has been shown to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, boost self-esteem, and improve sleep quality. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
Certain lifestyle choices, such as regular physical activity and a balanced diet, directly contribute to improved physical health by reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
